Chef Eliah Golden is the Senior Executive Chef of Campus Dining Service’s residential dining program. As a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Chef Eliah is well-connected in the Colorado culinary community, and serves on the Colorado Farm to School Task Force as well as the Menus of Change University Research Collaborative. A Boulder native, Chef Eliah is passionate about fresh, nutritious and delicious cuisine and aims to bring this to every customer eating in CU’s many dining halls.
