Reva Tift MA has had a private practice in psychotherapy since 1979. She is the founder of Advance Health Care Directives Guidance which provides support and education around life transitions and end of life.Drawing on her experience as a teacher,therapist,mentor and mother she offers her knowledge, humor and guidance in navigating the often tender, harsh and complex issues that need to be explored when facing life transitions, medical emergencies and dying. She has hosted local Death Cafes in Boulder for the last three years.
