Robert Chanate is a member of the Kiowa Nation and has lived in Denver, Colorado for several years. He is a volunteer for various Native organizations in which his support role differs based on the group’s mission. Some of this work includes Native Youth leadership development, grassroots community organizing, non-violent direction action trainings, and educational presentations. He also is a contributor to Indian Country Today.

Terese Howard

Denver Homeless Out Loud
Terese is an organizer and advocate with Denver Homeless Out Loud. She works alongside people experiencing homelessness to fight for our right to survive, for public space for all, for human dignity, and for all to have a place to call home. Judy Huston

Judy Huston has been active with the local chapter of Showing Up for Racial Justice for the past two years. She is a Boulder native, who has been politically active at various times in her life, starting during the late 60s. A Quaker since childhood, she is grounded in the testimonies of Simplicity, Peace, Integrity, Community, Equality, and Stewardship. In addition to her anti-racist activism she is a passionate beekeeper and gardener.
