The future of food depends on sustainable and efficient food production. This session will showcase passive solar, energy efficient greenhouses for residential and commercial applications as well as aquaponics which can operate as a stand-alone automated production system, or better as an integrated farming solution, which incorporates seamlessly with farms and gardens.  Ceres Greenhouse Solutions and Colorado Aquaponics has built several systems across Colorado that have been operating for years. From schoolrooms to mental health centers, urban apartments to food deserts, you can see how easy it can be to grow food year-round in any space!
