We humans are by nature trackers of patterns and disturbers. Unconsidered disturbance destroys living systems be they ecosystems, economies, organisms, or organizations. Carefully designed they are the key to regenerating senescent systems and the the emergence of new orders of life. This has been our role in the biosphere since the beginning, it is time we remembered it. We will use simple exercises to understand natural patterns and how to interact with them favorably.
