Since the fall of 2015, Boulder Food Rescue has been collaborating with community members and researchers from CU to better understand food insecurity and food access barriers in Boulder. In this workshop, we'll explore participatory research methods, the findings of our research, how we garnered participation from the community, and how we aim to continue to work with the community to address our findings.
